Motor runs ruff

I have a 94 F-150 5.0 engine I had
engine rebuilt the Crank shaft went bad
they replaced the Crank now the engine
runs real ruff I had it timed at the repair
shop and they said I had a dead hole I
pulled spark plugs and wires to make
sure they were working all spark plugs
were real black could my problem be
bad gas

Change the coils, change the air filter and fuel filter, and run injector cleaner through it. I would also have a new tune flashed incase they put the wrong crank in. Just my thoughts. Sounds like it is either starving for air, fuel, spark, or has late combustion.
