We finally took the fan off and we noticed the pulley attached to the Balancer weren't seated we pulled the Balancer off and saw where the new bolts where to long the Dorman Balancer we purchased came with a spacer that the old Balancer didn't have but the dorman Balancer didn't come with the longer bolts the ones we used first were #8 grade 2 inch but we should have used 1 1/2 grade 8 we switched them a and managed to torque the Balancer crankshaft bolt with a 400 lb. Pressured air wrench went right on with a screwdriver holding the from turning .Now were having fuel and air mixture issuess changed Throttle body position Sensor, maf assembly, took Throttle body off and cleaned it really good changed gasket and air module on side put it back together started it real High Throttle then it shuddered a min later it was running smooth then it bottomed out like it has a cam in it but it dosnt almost die then bam kick up run smooth and bam down again finally we turned it off it's like the emc is trying to set its self then kicks it out again any ideas ???
