Pour the sealer into the radiator - not the overflow tank. Do this when the engine is cold and then start and run the engine up to temp for a while insuring the thermostat opens to insure circulation.

If vehicle does not have a radiator cap remove top radiator hose from radiator pour sealer into hose then reinstall hose and like taver91 suggested do when engine is cold.

The sealer goes into the radiator when it is cool. I would recommend Aluma-seal though.
