whining only stepping on gas pedal
start up is fine,nice quite, 5.3L drives and shifts great at any speed. only issue
is the low whining noise while stepping on the accelerator. sitting at a light no
noise.

Check for leaks and check fluid levels in both differentials. My Jeep did that when fluid was low due to a wheel seal leak. I'm not sure. Just a guess.
