My F-150 was clicking when I would try to start it. Now since replacing the starter and the selenoid and a brand new battery it starts to crank over then just stops...

Tighten and clean all battery connections. Also tighten and clean the negative connections on the frame and motor. Did you install new battery cable ends? Are yours still in GREAT shape? If not replace them too.
