pull the door panel and check for power at the motor when you hit the switch , you'll need a multi tester , if you want to do your own repairs there re tools you will need

bench testing motor works correctly. with new switch it will go up but not down. passenger window works correctly from passenger side or from driver side switch. any suggestions
