Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey all.  About three months ago, my truck started missing.  Truck has 110k on
it, so I replaced the plugs (yes, that was overdue).  Truck worked like a charm
after that.  Fast forward 3 months.  I pulled into the gas station on a nearly-
empty tank, filled it full and took off down the road.  About 30 miles of driving
later, stopped at the store.  Came back out, started the truck and it ran rough
as hell.  Thought I had bad gas, so I ran some sea foam through it but to no
avail.  Now the thing sounds like crap whenever I start it (I'm still going through
the same tank of gas).  Its also hard to start.  Funny thing is, it sometimes runs
fine (I can't feel a misfire).  Other times, its bad (even at highway speed).  Its
also been very humid lately.  I'm thinking its the fuel filter.  Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!

No, was hoping to avoid that. I figured that would be the next thing I would try after the filter if that didn't work. I'm inclined to suspect something with the fuel. Its just suspicious that it was fine then started happening right after I filled up my tank.

I have what sounds like the same issue. I DID replace the plugs, wires and coil with Motorcraft plugs, coil, and wires (everyone's 'go-to' answer here.) It didn't work. It didn't even HELP. $200 later I still have the same rough acceleration. If you found an answer please let me know.
