F150 is stalling at lite while in gear.. Put in neutral will stay running but kinda rough..

Truck is stalling at light while in drive..  Put
in neutral will run but kinda do rough..

Let's try some general maintenance things first check air filter and clean throttle body replace fuel filter if have not done so in a while add Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner to gas tank.
