I have an 04 f150 with the 5.4 it's shaking when
accelerating but does NOT do it all the time..sometimes it
runs perfect. It is saying misfire on 1 or 2 cylinders and
something about system to lean. Anybody have any ideas
to what this could be?

Could be a faulty injector, but check plugs/wires/coil packs as well

Check your tranny crossmember Mount. If you stomp on it and it vibrates and shakes it could be your tranny mount. Mine rips on my truck kind of frequently I beat on my truck pretty bad though. When they say Ford tough day mean it!
Coil pack n possible torque shudder from your torque converter
Could be your phasers. I would get it looked at right away. Make sure you have good oil pressure and that your oil is topped up. I have dealt with the same issue in my 2004 F-150 5.4L Triton. It ended up with catastrophic engine failure. Not fun and extremely expensive!
