90% of the tune a misfire on these engines is coil/plug related. I can't belive anyone would jump to injector or pcm first before even doing the coil. Is it the same cylinder misfiring or a different one? These tend to start to fail one after the other until all 8 have been swapped

isolate the miss fire to the cylinder. then figure out if it misses at idle or under load. small vacuum leaks in the manifold can cause misfire at idle but not usually above idle. it may be as simple as incorrect gap in the plug. or valve sticking open causing low compression misfire.

My Ford F-150 has a Miss to it I put new spark plugs in it you still missing
Have 5.4 triton Ford F-150 . Have replaced all plugs ,coils, injector, throttle body . Still has a miss at idle and under load. And when you try to press the gas to go it cuts out so bad it won’t speed up. Gas has to be pressed gently.
