times. Had EGR valve replaced at
122000 miles. Help!

At what times does it run rough? While accelerating, at idle or when you take foot off the gas? Is your check engine light on our has it come on?

When was your last tune up? Wouldn't hurt to scan the computer for codes, you should have a check engine light with the engine behaving that way. AutoZone will do it for free. Scan that is, not tune up.

Have the trouble codes if any but my guess is spark plugs or a bad coil.
