2002 trailblazer. ..why am I not getting power after replacing wiring harness

My battery was stolen by cutting all
cables. I have replaced them but not
getting power

Which one is the main fuse. .and to I am heading out now to look

I checked. My TB has a 125 ..my 05 Colorado has a 100..I removed the 125 and put the 100 I. It's place and put the 125 in Colorado. .Colorado started right up. TO still no sign of life. I used a old harness. .should I buy a brand new one
