01 Blazer shuts off randomly but starts back up in N

I'm having issues with my car shutting off pretty
randomly, but notice it does happen when I drive
ito for around 30-45mins. It will always stutter a bit
before it shuts off and it always starts right back
up. It will usually do this 2 to 3 times in a row then
run ok for a bit longer before the next episode
happens. Here is what I've done so far to the car:
Fuel pump and filter
Crankshaft sensor
Intake Gaskets (because it was over heating)
MAF sensor
Key ignation
Ignition sensor
Flushed and cleaned radiator  (also overheating
issue)
New battery and bolts
Haven't found any leaking hoses
ECM flashed
Spark plugs
Spider fuel injectors
Rotary Cap

Then only thing I can think of is maybe my fuel
lines need to be replaced? Any help much
appreciated!!

This is also an Island car on St Thomas so road
conditions and rust play big factors if that helps.

Forgot to add in, when I start it first time in the day the RPMs bounce on the gage and MPH doesn't move for a sec then all the sudden jumps up. Usually only happens for about a min.
