1991 Chevy s10 stalls out after warm up. It will cold start everytime and drive for a few blocks then stall out.

If you have no check engine light on, I would replace the following parts: Radiator temp sensor, ambient air sensor, Idle air control valve. Something is telling your computer that the engine is cold, when in fact it is hot. Most likely it is dumping too much fuel and stalling out. May want to replace EGR also. If your check engine light is on, I would get the codes read at Autozone or nearest parts store and go from there.
