No start

I did an oil change on our 1993 Chevy S10. It won't
start. I figured fuel pump so I replaced the fuel
pump and filter but still no luck. And tips or advice
on where to start?

    Sometimes turn key does nothing no sound keep trying starts Otherwise starts fine. Installed new ign sw still does.This only happens ocassionally.
