i have replaced the the fuel pump, fuel filter, ignition coil, module, plugs, wires, and every sensor in the truck and truck still won't go over 10 mph. If I try to go faster it sputters and died

Need more info to truck eng size. At this point I would say its a wireing problem but what is your fuel pessure reading

Did you put new pressure regulator on truck a bad one could send fuel back to tank instead of to injectors

Yes new pressure regulator and tester said 10 it cuts out and dies when I hit the gas it does not over heat nor is the check engine light on
