Rowefest..... Thank u sir..... Yehhh i got pressure in gas take... But i will give that a shot... Appreciate the answer..... Will that affect not getting fire to plugs.... Yehhh got me baffled

Yes it would cause a no spark condition, but a common problem also is the connection. Make sure the connectors are making good contact at the plugin.

Okay rowefast.... I took advice and i changed the crankshaft sensor.... I got nada..... Just wanna take all the parts back...lol any other suggestions? Id appreciate it

Sorry, should have told you more...like check the cap and rotor, especially the rotor, look on the underneath side of it in the middle to see if there is a burn mark. Spark would travel threw there to ground and not fire. Look at the cap also at where it makes contact with the rotor, may be burnt up. Also check to see if there is power to the coil.

Okay sir..... I dee the burn mark in the moddle... Ill clean that and new rotor new cap... New wires... New ign coil... New controle module...

The tires don't have anything to do with that...lol.. If there is a burn mark on the underneath side of the rotor, there is no cleaning to be done, just replace the rotor. At least that is cheap. Just look to see if these are bad, cap & rotor. The thing is these things you have replaced probably need it anyway for the age of the truck.

Yehhh okay i will do that....thank u very much..ill let u know what happens

Okay it has a black mark underneath the cap... ... Rotor is in good condition... Is that what u mean?

Its just like it came.... A black piece in themiddle ... In the center.. Came like that when bought.... Did i get a wrong. One perhaps...?

No, its good, that is just the contact. Everything sounds good there, but pull the ignition control module and have it tested. Also there should be 2 wires that run to the center pick-up coil, gently pull on them to make sure there not broken.

Okay.. Ignition module... Is brand new as well.... Hmmmm maybe that is faulty

Did it run with new ICM in there, and sorry, I see that you changed it. Just to check see if you can spin the rotor when it is mounted in place, it should not turn. You wouldn't have access to a scanner would you? And where the wires not spongy when you gently pulled on them on the pick-up coil?

Whats left...check to see if there is power to the coil. And usually this does not go bad but there is a camshaft sensor. There should be a way to test this, check with the auto parts store. But if there is no power to the coil, then things are pointing to the ECM. Double check all the connections, and at the ECM. May have lost its ground and just a matter of unplugging it and plugging the connector would be enough to make contact.

Okay still nada... Cranks and no spark still.... And heres another thing... I put in the diagnostic tool in the plugin.... That gives no power or nothing..... ECM maybe??

223,935

No power to the coil? And the ALDL connector port for your scanner has a power wire that runs from the battery, or at least is hooked into a battery circuit, not the ECM.

Okay... Well i took the the ECM off... All the wires ..the relays off... Cleaned them up.... Well see what happens...okay im gonna have to look to whrre i can grt power to it.....im ready to shooot this and bury it
