1998 chevy s10. I was driving down the road the other night and I completely lost all power. No lights or anything

I guess you got home OK .. but please follow up with ... did you eventually get it restarted. You more than likely had a battery that developed an internal (or external) open circuit ... Check you Red wire at the battery .... wiggle it to see if it's loose
