do chevy S10 has a outside vent that can be closed?

outside air come into the cabin all the time is there a way or vent to close?

I think the vents are open/close through 'Vacuum Lines' from the heater switch... Sounds like a weak or broken vacuum line to pull the vent shut... Check the fuse for the heater first......! Let us know what you find out!

already change the door rubber seals/ my question is all vehicles I have own in the past have a way to open close the out side vent either or by a switch ,but this truck doesn't have either. ( I only own this truck for a few months.)
