Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Trucks been having a little trouble running went to
a garage they told me it was the EGR valve so I
changed it out and it was not the problem. Going
down the road it jumps a lot and will barely get
over 35 to 40 miles an hour I can park it put it back
in Drive hold my foot on the brake and it won't even
clear 1500 RPM need some ideas of what it could
possibly be

Did you remove the carbon from all the EGR ports? 9 times out of 10 its not the valve but a carbon issue.
