Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I have a 2002 chevy S10 ZR2 4.3L V6 162,000
miles iv replaced two 02 sensors,MAF sensor,cam
position sensor,crank position sensor,Air
temperature sensor, cylinder head temp sensor, coil
pack, plugs, wires, cap and rotor new battery delphi
fuel pump K&N high flow fuel filter and delphi 23lbs
injectors new updated model I had a straight piped
exhaust fabricated no cats and I had a milspec
illuminater installed so I wouldn't get a check
engine light and it worked well since the truck was
in the shop for a top end rebuild (valves, resurfaced
heads seals and gaskets.  Now I have a check
engine light for the 02 sensor with the milspec
illuminater on it. What could the shop have done to
make the check engine light go off again ? And
with my new fuel pump my gas guage still doesn't
work. What could I do to trouble shoot it

could be coincidence that the light went off after work being done , a code tells you where the trouble lies not what to replace , with modifications like that you may need a technician ( $ $ $ )
