have a 94 dodge 1500 pickup with a 3.9 v6 Its a mud truck but i got it stuck an water was over the hood an it sat there for 2dys now truck want start unless pour fuel in throttle body??

the fuel pump kicks on when key turned the plugs had fuel on the ends the valve under hood sprayed out strong...

I suspect a grounding issue on your control module (ECM)...the battery to frame connection took on something that interfered with your chassis ground~ re-do this connection assuring excellent ground to the computer and chassis~

have you bothered with any diagnostic codes yet? you can buy one for cheap~
not yet someone stole my batt an terminals when it was stuck so mabe its the ground problem

check your air intake, water could clog it up and get into the engine, and check your throttle body sensor. both went on the jeep we took to Yankee Lake in Ohio last week, jeep runs fine now after the air intake was drained.dried and throttle body sensor was fixed.
O believe me he will get it i jus aint seen him yet since!!! bastard a good hider lol he busted my winsheild out jacked my tools the batt. an sorry fuker even took the terminals!! But like i told my mom soon as i get it runnin im goin to total it into his 04 chevy!!!!! But thinks for the answers i havent got around to work on it yet but hopefully its somethin simple any more ideas let me kno

thanks for the help but i figured out wut it was!!! I flipped the bed off an opened the gas tank an it was bout half full of water so thts gotta be the problem!!! TAKIN IT TO MUDDIGGERS MOTOPLEX THIS WEEKEND AND GONNA RAISE SUM HELL CNT WAIT

drain, put fresh in...and a can of HEET to convert any remnants of water into burnable stuff~
