Wats my problem

My 95 dodge 1500 v8 Will not moved  in
reverse or neutral but will move in drive..
does anyone know wat would cause this?

The revers band is worn out. Some have an adjustment to get a little more life out of it. Take it to a transmission shop for proper diagnosis, and see if they can adjust this. If it can be, it requires dropping the trany pan to get at the adjustment.
