No break fuild going to the rear breaks

All new breaks all new every thing can't get fluid  to
the back breaks

So all new lines? Is the ABS hydraulic control unit new as well? That requires a special procedure and tools to bleed. The master cylinder also needs to be bench bled before being installed on vehicle. Try methods here: http://dodgeram.org/tech/repair/Brakes/beeding.htm
