I replaced the clutch. One day I drove my truck and it stopped pulling.

The clutch was slipping? Rebuilding the trans won't fix a slipping clutch.

I replaced the clutch brand new. The clutch isn't the problem its the transmission it self not catching

I don't know what "catching" means. Is it jumping out of gear or grinding? What exactly is going on? I suspect you did something wrong when installing the clutch.

Check the clutch. Unless you grenaded the transmission or broke a shaft inside it should still work.

Something inside is broke but didn't make any noise. I'm looking for a website or anything direction on how to fix it

You have my opinion but if you rebuild the transmission I would leave it to a pro. Is the shifter linkage hooked up? You might want to double check that.
