not sure thats it because it idles fine most of the time but just some days it just does it when i'm driving it and come to a stop not when i just go out to start it in the morning it will sit there and idle fine lol not really sure I know an O2 sensor is out on it so i'm gunna start there but thanks for the info

It might be the timing is off or that there is not enough volts going to your injection pump I had the same thing happen to my 98 and it runs great after I fixed those things

I had the same problem on my 1997 Dodge Ram Van. I replaced almost everything on the engine and it still stalled when coming to a stop. Believe it or not, I had the battery checked and found out it was only putting out 50% of the voltage (amps) it was suppose to, so I had it replaced and the van never stalled again. It seems that the PCM computer needs a certain amount of voltage to work properly, if not, then it screws up your idle. Your idle has NO adjustment, it CANNOT be turned up, at least not on my 1997 318.

Maybe a small vacuum leak. You overcome when you give it throttle but when you’re off the throttle it’s enough to make the motor die. And it might be accentuated when the motor is warmed up so the reason for not having it be a problem at a cold start. While your motor is idling move all your vacuum hoses and see if it makes any difference in RPM.
