I want to know if there is anything I can do to get
better gas mileage. I'm getting 10.5 now. I replaced
the spark plugs and treated my gas tank still I can't
get better mpg. What should I do. I have to drive 30
miles to work everyday.

What you can do is replace the Micro Chip inside your Car. My friend did that to 2007 GMC truck. He was getting 10 Miles per gallon and now here is getting 15 MPG! Though it is pretty pricey to place something like that. I don't know if that will work for your car..... It should...
I want something that will work without chipping it. Well at least not yet anyway.
I drive an 03' 5.9L Gas Engine, after adding a Gibson aftermarket exhaust, an upgraded K&N air filter, a Throttle Body spacer & a Hypertech program, my truck went from 11MPG to 17MPG. My truck went from an air staved vehicle to less effort on the engine.
