driving down the highway at 65mph when trucks tac dropped rpms and started to chug
had to lower speed under 45 mph to next exit, it was a cold day 8 degrees wind chill
below zero

How is it running now ad what is the temperature there now?

It sounds like the catalytic converter may be plugged up, water in the gas or plugged fuel filter or fuel pump going out. Is there a check engine light on?
