Why is my pickup stalling when making a right hand turn?
I have a 1999 dodge 1500 5.2l 5 speed. Has
brand new plugs, cap and rotor, wires, fresh
oil change, cold air intake, running premium.
No codes. Full tank of gas. Still cant figure it
out. Doesnt matter what the speed, can be
grabbing second into a corner, or doing 60
and cornering on a mountain pass.
Whenever i turn to the right, my engine will
bog down and cut out until i straighten out
again. I can ease on the gas and it wont do
it, but as soon as i give it enough to pull
itself out of a corner it cuts out and bogs
down as a 2 stroke would when its out of
gas. I do alot of work on motors and im
confused as hell. Possible bad ground? fuel
pump not set right in the tank? Runs perfect
when going straight. As soon as i straighten
out has all the power it ever did. Any help
would be GREATLY appreciated.
