Well I have a 98 dodge durango and had the same problem. Found out that the power distribution box behind the battery there are fuses. Well there is one big fuse by the black and red wire , there is a large fuse called a 140 amp alternator fuse. We bought it at the dealer for $12. We installed it and now my truck works great. So if the pcm is good , and there is no corrosion on the posts to the battery, then it's the fuse. Hope this helps.
