2000ram 1500 5.2 cranks but wont start. replaced crank sensor, coil, cap, rotor, iac, fuel pressure is 30 koeo and 48 while cranking. hooked up a noid light to injector harness and getting a good pulse. koeo iac connector has 12v on 2 pins and good ground on 2 pins. tps voltage ref is good at 5v but the signal voltage koeo and while cranking is .625v will this out of spec voltage not allow the eng to start?

so have you looked at your timing chain to see if it's in the correct position and hansn't jumped a tooth somewhere, or this has too few miles on it for this to happen?

it has 198,000 and change and I haven't checked the timing chain.

doesn't cost nothin' to turn the engine around to see if it lines up properly...okay maybe the trouble of removing the timing cover, but will be worth it to rest assured...my toyota timing chain gave up at 140,000 put a new one and it is like we have a brand-new garbagecan (as Jose used to say (fellow mechanic))

Change the Pick-up Coil on both ends. One at front side of engine and other is under Distributer cap. Change Distributor Cap Too

bad crank sensor will not start. bad cam shaft will take a bit. your truck had a chain not bed... even loose chain, will start. check fuel pump for prime and fuel delivery at fuel rail. check injectors will noid light. check starter. "voltage drop test" battery. connections. resistance test. ignition components.
