Over the years I've had really good luck just soaking the plugs with diesel every hour and then letting it sit overnight then slowly removing then the next day. However, if you have already damaged the hex portion of the plugs then you have no choice and will have to remove the heads.

Is the hex portion of the plug still there to get a socket on ? Get them wet with penetrating fluid , put the socket on there and apply torque going back and forth . What you're doing is creating a small amount of friction on the threads , keep doing this even after your arm falls off and they will become loose

Try soaking them overnight with PB Blaster. When you get them out, put anti seize on the threads of the new spark plugs. Jim
