i bled the brakes repeatedly and i still do not have pressure. is there a fuse i should be
looking for or should i just change out the master brae cylinder. thanks much appreciated.

At this point I'd recommend that you take it to a professional. Don't try to figure out a safety item like that. No offense intended but you're over your head.
