My truck has a hard time shifting into park

take a look at your transmission and engine mounts to make sure the rubber hasn't turned to dust...make sure that your brake lights work...there is a barrel adjustment on your brake pedal...have someone stand behind and see if the brake lights are working ....they don't want you to take it in or out of park with the thing moving...there is an interlock for this~
