2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 Manuel Transmission
A couple weeks ago, on my way to work, on a morning when it was around negative 10,
my truck started bucking and sputtering. It has only gotten worse, constant bucking
and sputtering like it's not getting fuel correctly. Now I can't get it to start. The code
P1391 has recently came on. It also has codes P0455 and P0422. I got the truck in
April of 13', had the codes checked and the two P04's came up, the Auto Zone
employee seemed to think the gas cap was triggering it, especially since it ran great.
the P1391 is the new one. I've tried the "turn it on 3 or 4 times but don't start it" to
make sure there is fuel in the line and that's not working. I've been looking online and
I've seen like it could be anywhere from Timing Chains, Distributor, Crank and Cam
Sensors, Timing Chain Tensioner Guide, Idle Air Control. I really can't afford to start
throwing money at it and hoping for the best, so I was hoping someone might have
experience with this. Thank you.
