2003 dodge truck ,motor turns fine ,but wont hit,checked all the fuses and switched relays around,nothing happened

Try resetting by disconnecting the negative cable on the battery for a minute or two. Reconnect and see if it starts. You will need to reset your radio station presets as well afterward so write em down if you don't remember them all. Good Luck!

ok ill do that,,i disconnected the terminals before coming into work,,36 hours later ill try and see if it made a diff,,thanks for the help!

You can also check all your fuses....easy check and doesn't cost anything. Sending a voltage spike with a short like that can affect more than the circuit you are working on..
