Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Trying to replace inner shaft coming out of differential and can't get it out. Watch video saying I could probably take out the pinion shaft and i would be able to slide that inner shaft right out. Most videos i've watched shows a pin or screw holding it in but mine doesn't have one.

If it doesn't have one it has sheared the pin off. It was there but now it's going to be nasty to get out.

But in the hole where there should be something I can see all the way through it so I don't believe anything is stuck in there
