I'm not sure I under stand your problem? I did look at your wiring for hvac blower motor, voltage to blower motor goes hot with key on. On and off, different speeds, Is controlled on the blower motor ground circuit. Hvac control module and resisters are on the blower ground circuit. you have to turn on hvac or there is no ground for blower motor. Of course blower hi speed doesn't use resister. Maybe I misunderstood your question?

No what i mean is when the key is turned back to accesory, the blower will work, but when you start it the fan will not work.
