I have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 4.7 144xxx

Upon starting it backfires slightly idels fine sounds
great after backfire then when I drive it shakes
sounds like it has exhaust leak but checked it's fine
codes read random misfire and misfire cylinder8
replaced plugs and all 8 coil packs cleared codes
still does the same thing runing premium fuel and
injector cleaner through it now at mimium power
seems fine until u hot the gas then the shaking and
misfires  start any help would be awesome

Possible causes; Faulty spark plug (s), Faulty ignition coil (s), Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s), Intake air leak, Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted, Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection, Ignition coils harness is open or shorted, Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection, Insufficient cylinders compression, Incorrect fuel pressure.

not firing on #4? mine is doing same thing turned out a stretched timing chain. good in the pedal but at an idle misses . do you have noise like rocker arm clicking could have a valve stuck down also
