By removing the battery cable you may have set the anti theft system off,what was reason for removal of cable?

Ok Will, i will try to help ya out,try this,remove key from truck igintion then remove the positive cable agian for about ten minute,s,then replace key in igintion and turn to the on position,then replace cable on battery,turn key back to off ,then try to crank the truck,this should reset the anti theft device on it,if not come back and will go from there.

If the battery was completely dead ,it needs to charge fully. Ive gone thru it it needs charged before it will run. So weird

Hi Will I have 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 It will only start when I take off and put back the battery cable.
