2006 Dodge Ram 1500 caught fire

My husband’s 2006 Ram 1500 died while he was
driving it. He pulled down a side street and parked
on street. Truck would not start. It sat on on that
street for a few days. He had it towed back to our
house and it sat in our driveway for at least a week.
Then he had it towed to local repair shop. When he
called to check in with them they said his truck was
smoking under hood. He questioned how since it
had not been turned on or driven since he broke
down. A few days later when the repair shop got
around to looking at it they said they have no idea
what happened that it would take some
investigating but that there was definitely a fire. Will
you still be pursuing class action suit? Not looking
to get rich but would like Dodge to own
responsibility for a widespread issue...and perhaps
cover value of truck.
