Hi On  my 06 Dodge 1500 Hemi I replaced the Throttle body thinking this was
the issue, The truck runs great not problems except that the RPM Gage stay
at 0 unless i step on it then it goes and stay up until i release the gas ...Any
clue what the issue might be ( calibration to the throttle body or a sensor if
some sort )  any input would be appreciated

Mine completely quit working and it was the tachometer. Most 06s are known for this. We just fixed mine yesterday by removing the instrument cluster and soldering two pieces on the back of it. Put it back together and is working perfectly. You can youtube it and plenty of video how-tos should pull up. Very easy fix!
