I have a 2006 dodge 1500 with a hemi. Is there a chiip that will help the fuel mileage?

Yes. Go on ebay and type in superchip dodge and it will bring them up. Some you can buy used for less than $100. Make sure they are unlocked.
all programmers (what used to be known as chips) are designed for power. to get the best economy, you will have to set it on the highest power level, which means you will have to run 93 octane fuel all the time. you will still have to drive reasonably to get good fuel economy. there is no magic product for better fuel economy. the best thing you can do is keep your vehicle tuned up and drive efficiently.
Not with superchip. You can run 87 91 or 93 and still gain 3-5 mpg. You only run 93 for performance setting to have optimal power. I have installed these in my trucks for over 10 years and get the same mileage on all settings. I keep mine in safe tow.
