I have a 2006 dodge ram 1500 Hemi. Truck loses power in D will go no faster than 30mph. Sounds like a vacuum noise.

this could be a number of concerns...the fuel pressure regulator should be using this vacuum rather than it suckin' air~ not enough fuel because the fuel pressure regulator's hose has fallen off~ final decision....judge
