My truck will not start (WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM)

Asked by Ram2006 Jan 16, 2013 at 10:20 PM about the 2006 Dodge RAM 1500 SLT LB 4WD

When I turn the key it turns over like going to start but does not. I was driving it and stopped at a light and it quit on
me. I checked the battery and it has gas. I do need a oil change soon.

Try some starting fluid to see if it's fuel or spark that you lack. Can you hear the fuel pump run when you first turn the key on?

Try the starting fluid test. If you get ignition then you have fuel delivery issue. If still nothing you have ignition related issue.
