Have replaced all electrical components, cam

If you already identified no spark or fuel at rail, trace problem back to fuel pump by checking fuses, relay and power to fuel pump. Check the crank sensor that would prevent it from starting as well.

Ok, trace voltage back to pump and see where it breaking. U'll need a volt meter and schematic, you might and a broken wire or bad connection at the pump but without actually checking, you'll be guessing and spending money by replacing parts.
