I have a 2000 dodge ram 2500 4x4 with a cummin engine 24 valve, it have a standard transmission broken together with the transfer case because it had an accident, may I used the transfer case and transmission of a 98 v8 dodge ram 4x4?

Im not sure if you can. I think that the cummins will have too much torque for the transfer case and transmission to handle. But your guess is as good as mine.
The transfer case might work if it is the same model but the transmission is totally different. The V10 and the Cummins share the same bellhousing pattern but the torque converters and valve bodies are totally different so they can't be interchanged as a bolt in. I've used V10 transmissions for parts in a diesel before though.
