can i replace my 2000 satro vans motor with any 4.3 v6 motor?

YES, as long as the engine "new" 4.3 is originally configured for the same orientation "front to back" (as in your van now) and not athwart or "side to side" installation. Look and you will see differences between the two in motor mount locations and other small differences.
