what fuel to use 2.4 engine

87 octane regular. Using premium fuel gets you nothing but less money in your wallet unless your engine is tuned to use it.

My .2.4 has a little bit of a nock when using 87 octane, it stops when I use mid grade. ?

Same hear guru. My cavalier knocks on Reg. Gas. I use mid. Grade .
