MY STEERING WHEEL WON'T LOCK MY SHIFTER WONT MOVE UNLESS I PUSH THE BUTTON FOR NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH MY IGNTION IS ON POSITION SO IT DRAINS BATTERY IT DOESNT SEEM TO BE ANY TENTION IN IGNTION SWIYCH IT MOVES FREELY

sounds like a shift interlock solenoid in the console under the shifter may be shorted ( normally caused by a spilled drink(s)

or some object fallen down inside the shifter blocking the shift interlock from engaging which wont allow the ignition key to go to the full off position

Have you checked fuses? Could be that simple.

I have a 2006 Toyota Camery Hybrid, my sister i law was driving it the other day and she said it overheated while driving it, she kept driving till it died, and she continued coasting as far as she could on a mountain road, it was taken to a local gas station and parked, when I got to the car, the radiator cap was blown off , so I tried to refill the coolant , but it leeked out I looked to see ware it was coming from, it seems to be from the water pump, as well I opened the the oil cap, and the oils smells burnt and the color is dark brown?
